Due to the intimate nature of the products, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges.  This is for health and sanitary reasons. 

If there is an issue, and your product is defective or under manufacturer warranty, we can help you by providing the contact information for the manufacturer. Most products that fall under a manufacturer warranty state so on their packaging and these days have links and websites to register your product. HINT: Any Warranty issue would have to have this step done first. So, as soon as you receive your product, follow the manufacturer instruction's on where to do that. 

Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resellable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned. All Vibrators are tested for proper functionality before being mailed to you. 

Non-returnable items includes, but is not limited to - vibrators, dildos, anal toys, beads, plugs, cock and ball devices, cock rings, cock sleeves, gags, ropes, and Strap-on's. Also: Lubes, massage oils, condoms, and body paints are not returnable.

If you are buying a product with a warranty, hold onto your receipt and all original packaging and charging equipment. Most warrantied Brands ask that you register your product immediately after buying it. Follow the manufacturers instructions on their website for returns. The products that we carry that include manufacturer warranties have streamlined return policies to deal with their own products. 

Please don't bring your used/opened sex toys back to our counter. We won't touch them or take them.
