Your orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, Purolator or DHL from our locations in Ontario or British Columbia, Canada. All orders are shipped in nondescript cardboard boxes and padded envelopes, and our store name will not appear anywhere on the exterior of your package.

Delivery & Processing Times

Our Shipping providers allow for delays in delivery under extreme weather conditions. We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day if there are extreme conditions in your area the day of delivery, I wish we could control the weather - I'd never shovel snow again. - Please note: this is not an endorsement for climate change. Snow is beautiful too. 

Our standard shipping is via Canada Post Expedited or UPS Ground delivery. Both providers take between 2-5 business days to get to any major centre in North America. To find out approximately when your order will be delivered, please view the delivery times chart below (courtesy of Canada Post).

 We Currently only ship within Canada. We provide a tracking number to you once your package has been picked up.

Shipping Rates

All shipping providers can be expected to take two or three days within Ontario and Quebec, and takes about four days to other major centres in Canada. 

Shipping is free on Canadian orders over $79.99 before tax. We offer flat rate shipping to all of Canada for $16.25 on orders under $79.99 before tax. Special orders are $24.99 in shipping and include orders of Handmade Dildos from boutique providers here in Canada and all items labelled "Special Order"

Any order that you place online will be shipped in a plain cardboard box or padded envelope. We are required to provide our return address on the shipping label, should the order need to be re-directed back. Our store name BOINK BOUTIQUE will not appear anywhere on the exterior of the package. We show up as B.B Inc. on banking statements. 

 

Warranties & Returns

We cannot accept returns on sex toys. If you have a defective item that needs to be replaced, please contact us.
